These Terms govern your use of the Pro Roof website and lead request service. By using the site or submitting a roofing request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service Description
Pro Roof is a roofing lead request and contractor matching service. We may send your request to independent roofing contractors or service providers that may serve your area. Pro Roof does not perform roofing work, inspect roofs, provide estimates, or guarantee contractor availability.
No Contractor Endorsement
Contractors are independent businesses. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor, quote, license, insurance, warranty, permit, timeline, and contract before hiring or paying for services.
No Emergency Service Guarantee
Submitting a form does not guarantee immediate response or emergency service. If there is an urgent safety hazard, active structural risk, fire, or medical emergency, contact local emergency services or another qualified provider directly.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and project information.
- Use the service only for lawful roofing-related requests.
- Do not submit another person's information without permission.
- Do not interfere with the site, lead system, or security controls.
Communications Consent
When you submit a request and provide consent, Pro Roof and independent roofing partners may contact you by phone, text, or email about your roofing request, including through automated technology. Consent is not required to purchase services. Message and data rates may apply.
Advertising and Partner Disclosure
Pro Roof may receive compensation from contractors or service providers for valid leads, calls, appointments, or other marketing outcomes. This compensation does not require you to hire a contractor and does not change the price quoted by a contractor unless that contractor separately discloses otherwise.
Disclaimers
The site and service are provided on an "as available" basis. Pro Roof disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Roof will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for contractor acts, omissions, pricing, workmanship, delays, warranties, or disputes.
